When we sit in front of the customer, we sell well, we simply don't have enough appointments

Our target market is too small to grow further, we have to find a way into other markets

The closing cycle is very long for us, which makes predictable growth difficult

We don't have the resources to do daily acquisitions, our account managers have many projects on the table

We don't sell a standard solution, every single deal is unique, which is why I or our seniors have to be involved

Since we have no problem with meetings, we want to learn how to shorten closing cycles
